When you travel, you often hear nice words about French women, or even about the classy Parisiennes. Having lived in this town for over 20 years, I can't really say I agree : Paris is a patchwork of cultures and economical means. You'll see style only in some areas of Paris ; but all in all I'm not impressed.
That said, 2 posters this week in Paris reminded me of the myth of the French woman. Marion Cotillard is on the cover of a no-name magazine (she was also sublimely photographed in the first online version of Elle Magazine on the iPad), and Vanessa Paradis promotes a Chanel product. Both look absolutely gorgeous (/me thinks) and are great ambassadors of French women :) Any other lady I'm missing ?
