While cable operator NOOS in France is launching a 29.90€/month offer for a whopping 100 Mb/s FTTH offer for the residential market, I'm trying to survive painstakely my less than 1Mb/s access down here in Chile. I'm sure you can get better in this market, but I've only found offers up to 8Mb/s. Does anyone who's the best ISP in Chile ?
