We have now just officially entered the second half of 2006, S2, Q3, you name it.
Meaning it’s time for some maintenance work on my computers: cleaning up of my files on my different computers (I regularly use 3: my PC laptop, my PC desktop, my Mac desktop – and my Mac laptop is on its way to replace my PC laptop… 
). It’s good business and computer hygiene to do so: otherwise your files get all over the place (you might do it on a more regular basis, I’m just lazy), you can delete unseful stuff, do your backups, defragmentation on your PCs, anti-spam and anti-virus updates + full checkups, and software upgrade.
Hence, I have just upgraded Skype on my Mac to version 1.4.0.49 and to version 2.5.0.122 on my PC; just upgraded Opera to version 9, and I’ll keep doing all of that on the rest of my computer.
Have a great PC clean-up day. (just don’t forget to backup…).
