Just received my new Nokia E61

Just inserted my flat-rate data SIM card from Orange 3G into the phone and am configuring it:

• I found it rather hard to configure my data access. I went to the Nokia site that offers an SMS service to receive the proper configuration parameters
• now I’m installing some indispensable tools for this phone: Google Maps, subway maps Metro (make sure you read the readme.txt), screenshot, agile messenger (free for the moment), opera mini, nokia supported software such as the hotspot finder and the Psiloc wireless presenter, widsets, autolock…

I had a great lunch today with my buddy Denis: we've known each other for years. Sometimes it's great to have a break for a couple of hours with a good friend. I'll let you guess where we had lunch (Paris). Here we discuss about cigars, in a very very generic fashion. Usually cigar fans talk about very technical details of their cigars.

I quit cigars about 5 years ago when my first kid was born, after over 10 years of heavy smoking :) Every now and then however a good friend and good spirit make me enjoy it again.

Nokia Nseries Video

Just found this video on the hard disk on my Nokia N91. It's an OK phone, although I prefer the N70 and the N90. I've owned the 3 phones, and I have to say that Nseries phones are really nice to use. I just wish the phone would operate faster ?

The alarm:clock euro broke the news last night. In this little video I had a chat as back as early may with Spreadshirt's founder & CEO about this deal :) Published here with his permission.

You'll see how he launched this company to compete with the american giants back in 2002, and the impressive numbers today: over 200 employees, 200.000 online shops, a dozen countries.
