Interesting that a radio media would try the video media with video podcast! Do you think TV stations will try radio formats ? 
Actually this format of backstaging events is very interesting: it should help establish a closer link between listeners of the radio and the brand. And you will notice that a lot of people are involved in the making of this 2 min video: too much editing for a vlog (to my taste), but good content. I hope they don’t show all the time the same thing, as it will become rather boring. Indeed Why don’t they film all interviews and publish them online with video ? Why don’t they show how radio professionals work ?
And technology wise, it’s not yet what you’d expect for a vlog: streaming opens up another window, it is not supported on Mac & Linux, funky intergation with RSS feeds, etc.
A good first try though, well done to this radio for this first attempt. The technical partner seems to be Yacast.
