Hey, this is news. Terry Chay pinged me on this note where I was complaining that Plaxo only worked with Outlook, to announce that there is now a new add-on for Thunderbird (beta).
Well done in following the trend of the rest of us. But, still too bad they don't have an add-on for Palm Desktop which is where *I* store all my contacts (there is however an import - one way - function to do so)... Anyways, Plaxo for Thunderbird is a welcomed addition. (update: the Plaxo FAQ for Thunderbird is here)
By the way, don't you think that Plaxo and LinkedIn should merge ? I update my contact information on one site, and my career information on the other site. Therefore the value of a merged site would be to always have the most up-to-date information about myself. I'd value that for all my contacts as well...
