A quick note today: it seems ;), that AOL France will be entering the voice-over-IP market with both CPS (Carrier-Pre-Select) and pure VoIP offers in the upcoming months. An offer to modify the usual definition of triple-play (voice, internet, TV) to fixed voice, internet and mobile has also been announced: AOL France will launch a mobile telephony and data offer in the spring with a host carrier (co-branded offer) but with its own branded mobile portal, including exclusive AOL service such as mobile IM. A move towards the MVNO market without calling it by name ?
